Who am I?
With 20+ years of experience in business, I have experienced first hand the positive impact business can have on its workers, customers, community, and the natural environment.
As the Creator and Founder of Impact 360 Strategies, I am passionate about harnessing the power of business to drive positive social change.
I bring a collaborative leadership style that promotes purpose-driven and results-oriented project execution, the pursuit of which elevates the contributions and achievements of all.
Leading and guiding teams to develop and implement solutions to achieve the desired outcome as well as result in operational excellence and improved efficiencies is my strength. Operating at both strategic and tactical levels, I work to understand your goals, needs, and challenges and to create and implement a strategy to achieve the B Corporation Certification.
Why do I do this?
I am driven by my love for nature and for all living things. When I am not at my desk, I am out in nature where I can find solace and adventure. The exhilaration of diving under a wave in the ocean, trail running or Nordic skiing feeds my soul. I am committed to doing everything I can to ensure that future generations have these same opportunities, in addition to the basic need for clean air to breathe, water to drink, and nutritious food to eat.
